Introduction
Coronavirus is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus with an envelope, the virion is about 80-120 nm in diameter. Its genetic material is the largest of all RNA viruses. The virus in the genus only infects vertebrates such as humans, mice, pigs, cats, dogs, and poultry. There are spikes on the viral envelope, and there are significant differences in the spikes of different coronaviruses. Tubular inclusion bodies can sometimes be seen in coronavirus-infected cells. These viruses are excreted through respiratory secretions and can be transmitted by airborne droplets. Autumn and winter and early spring are the peak period of viral infection. Coronavirus is sensitive to heat, and UV, 0.1% peroxyacetic acid can kill the virus in a short time.
