Introduction
The SARS virus belongs to the family Coronavirus. Most of the virus particles are circular, have capsules, and coronal arrayed fibroids are distributed on the periphery. On April 16, 2003, the World Health Organization announced that a variant of the coronavirus was officially confirmed to be the pathogen causing atypical pneumonia. The virus contains at least 5 open reading frames, which respectively encode the matrix sugar M fiber protein E2 or S, the small coat protein E or the SM nucleocapsid protein of the virus.
